Social media never fails to deliver jaw-dropping moments, and a recent viral video is no exception. The clip, which has been making waves online, captures a man fearlessly feeding a massive crocodile as if it were a pet.
Originally shared on X by the handle Nature is Amazing, the post was captioned, “Stupid guy feeds giant American crocodile.” While the sheer size of the reptile was enough to shock viewers, what truly left them stunned was the man’s audacious act of feeding it with his bare hands—completely devoid of any protective gear.
Despite the high-risk encounter, the crocodile displayed unexpected calmness, retreating into the murky water after its meal without a hint of aggression. The video has sparked a flurry of reactions online, with some applauding the man’s courage while others question his sanity.

Soon after the clip was shared, it went viral on social media. The video has generated over 6.5 lakh views and a mix of reactions online. A person posted, “Maybe he was trying to feed himself to the croc, what a great sacrifice haha.” Another wrote, “People are idiots. Nature is not a petting zoo.” “Reason #997 why most women live longer than men,” a user said. “Bro offering himself as a living sacrifice!,” read another comment.
This is not the first time such a bizarre video has gone viral. Last year, a clip emerged on the internet that showed a man giving bath to a cobra.
In the viral video, a massive King Cobra is seen in front of the man. First, he takes shampoo in his palm and applies it to the snake’s body. The snake, which appears to be his pet, was seen enjoying the bath.
In another video that emerged on the internet, another man was captured giving a bath to a massive cobra.

The clip was posted on X by Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda, writing, “Bathing a king cobra? Snakes have skin to protect & keep them clean, which they shed periodically. So what’s the need for playing with fire?”
