Bollywood power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were recently spotted at Mumbai’s private airport, accompanied by their daughter, Raha. The trio was heading to Jaipur for IIFA 2025, and their public appearance immediately caught the attention of fans and media alike.
In a paparazzi video circulating online, Ranbir was seen stepping out of the car first, followed by Alia, who held Raha close as she quickly made her way inside. The couple seemed to be in a rush, with Ranbir shielding Alia and Raha from the cameras, ensuring their daughter remained away from the spotlight.
Recently, in a podcast with Jay Shetty, Alia revealed an interesting detail about Raha’s name. She shared that before settling on ‘Raha,’ she and Ranbir had initially fallen in love with a boy’s name. The couple had asked their family for name suggestions, and while they had a favorite boy’s name, it was Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor, who suggested ‘Raha.’ She mentioned that it would perfectly complement the boy’s name if they ever had a son. Alia and Ranbir instantly loved it and finalized it for their daughter, though they kept the boy’s name a secret.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Animal, the action-packed drama directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, was a massive box-office hit. Ranbir is currently gearing up for Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, where he will play Lord Ram alongside Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. The first part of the film is set to release in 2026.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Jigra with Vedang Raina. She is currently working on Alpha, a YRF spy thriller featuring Sharvari and Bobby Deol. Additionally, she has signed on for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated Love and War, which will reunite her with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
